So I was tagged by my friend Alison Packard (whose debut book Love in the Afternoon came out in December and is fabulous) and Skylar Kade (who writes deliciously sexy books)  to participate in this blog hop.  I have to admit I’m both excited and scared to participate in That being said I’ll answer my questions now…

What is the title of your next book?

Second Chance at Forever

Where did the idea come from for the book?

I honestly have no idea, I woke up one morning and there it was.

What genre does your book fall under?

Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie rendition?

The hero would definitely be Alex O’Laughlin and the heroine hmmm….well I couldn’t think of any actress but Princess Kate is who I imagine Morgan looks like so an actress who resembles her 😀

What is the one-sentence synopsis of your book?

Ryan and Morgan meet fall in love, are separated and then are reunited after years apart and work their way back to each other

Will your book be self-published or represented by an agency?

It’s being published by Desert Breeze Publishing

How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript?

I wrote the first couple of chapters one morning and then forgot all about it for about 2 years when I found the file on computer. I opened it up and wrote the rest in about 3 months.

What other books would you compare this story to within your genre?

I honestly don’t know. I like to think its like a Shannon Stacey, Jill Shalvis, Carly Phillips style book.

Who or What inspired you to write this book?

No one inspired me to write it, I just woke up and the story was there.

What else about your book might pique the reader’s interest?

At it’s core the story is about family. The love between a man and woman, a mom and her children, a dad and his children and siblings who place each other above all else.

And tag Julie Ann Walker you’re it.
